YOUTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Dan Elias
Daniel is a highly experienced Physiotherapist having worked within the NHS, private practice and within elite sport with over 15 years clinical experience. Daniel has worked as a Physiotherapist for the England Athletics team both nationally and internationally from Under 13- Under 20 age groups over the last 8 years, assessing and treating young athletes as well as communicating with parents and coaches on ongoing management.
Alongside his clinical work, Daniel is a lecturer within the youth athletic field having presented on ‘Overtraining in the Youth Athlete’ and ‘Common Injuries in the Adolescent Athlete’ for the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport & Exercise Medicine and the University of West England.
Daniel is passionate about providing a comprehensive assessment which is appropriate to the growing child. Daniel aims to identify acute or longer term causes to injury, where the child is at within their growth, discussing any impact of school, sleep, nutrition and lifestyle factors that can all impact on recovery.
Rehabilitation should be fun! Daniel aims to create a child rehabilitation plan to return the child back to their sport better than before, grow their movement vocabulary and develop an ongoing awareness of how to navigate growth and mitigate future injury risk.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Emma Hamilton
Emma is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning coach with a masters degrees in Strength and Conditioning as well as an undergraduate degrees in Sports Rehabilitation.
Emma has vast experience of working with youth athletes having worked in the following areas:
Bowdon High Town Women’s FC Academy
Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning at Sedley Park RFU
England U17 Rugby League
Stockport County FC Academy
Bolton Metro Swim Club Academy
Emma has worked on a 1:1 basis with a variety of individual athletes and their sports from grass roots to international standard.
Alongside her role with the Youth Physiotherapy Clinic, Emma currently works at the University of Bath where she leads the Futures programme and works alongside a number of sports such as triathlon, hockey, and modern pentathlon within the university. Emma also currently leads the ADC netball Strength and Conditioning programme that runs over 9 sites across the south west of England.
Emma is also completing her PhD at Liverpool John Moores University in Jockey physiology.
Emma has competed in horse racing as a jump jockey in previous years and played up to county and national league level field hockey.
YOUTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jade Harris
With over 12 years of experience within the NHS and the past five years dedicated to physiotherapy, Jade is a highly skilled and compassionate clinician committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Over the last three years, Jade has specialised in paediatric physiotherapy, working closely with children across a broad spectrum of conditions, including orthopaedics, neuromuscular disorders, neurodisability, and musculoskeletal issues.
Her approach is centred on holistic, individualised care, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with families, multidisciplinary teams, and wider support networks. She is passionate about enabling children to reach their full potential by developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique clinical needs and support their overall development and well-being.
Jade is a registered member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). To further enhance her clinical expertise, Jade has completed a range of specialist training through the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP), with recent focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Jade brings a patient-centred ethos, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development to every aspect of her work.
SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY CONSULTANT
Ciara Langtry
Ciara Langtry is a Sport Psychology Consultant training under BASES (British Association of Sport and Exercise Science). She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of working with teams and athletes in multiple sports such as hockey, football, and GAA, specialising in supporting youth athletes to maximise their potential on and off the pitch.
Ciara is currently working within Education at Chelsea FC Foundation which provides a great insight into the functioning of elite sport.
